the same service in just minutes to a few hours? Water
resistance is guaranteed on water resistant watches.

Complete
Overhauls
Automatic and Manual Wind Movements require regular
maintenance to keep them in proper working order, and
even quartz movements should be inspected and cleaned
regularly. We offer free estimates to completely
overhaul your watch, and the work is usually completed
in 7 to 10 days. Of course, we use only genuine parts
from the original manufacturer of your watch, and our
work is warranted for one full year.
In addition to the complete disassemble, cleaning,
lubrication and reassembly of the movement, we also
clean and polish the case and bracelet, replace all
seals and gaskets, and will replace the crystal, if
necessary. In essence, we make your old watch new again.
If you find that your watch is losing or gaining time,
or you suspect moisture damage, please bring it in as
soon as possible. The longer a watch is allowed to run
erratically, especially with moisture damage, the worse
the problem will become.
Bracelet Sizing
We are happy to size a watch to your wrist, and even
order new links if necessary. Of course, a watch
purchased at Thalheimers will be sized at no charge.
Other watches can be sized from $15 and up.
Strap Replacement
We carry a wide variety of replacement straps and
bracelets, from mild to wild.
Whether you’d simply like to replace an original worn
out strap or bracelet, or choose something completely
different, we have you covered. From the softest
calfskin leather to farm-raised alligator, crocodile,
lizard, ostrich and more in every color of the rainbow,
we have you covered.
